Profile

Research depth. Product judgement. Leadership range.

I am a Principal Applied Scientist and team lead at Oracle, working across the full AI lifecycle—from research and evaluation to product strategy, production delivery, and team development.

My career spans enterprise technology, applied machine learning, academic research, and startup product development. That range shapes how I lead: I pair scientific rigour with practical judgement, communicate clearly across disciplines, and build systems around outcomes rather than novelty alone.

I hold a PhD in Computer Science, with research in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems. Today, I apply that foundation to modern generative and agentic AI challenges.

Selected impact

Building capability that lasts beyond a single model release.

My work combines scientific direction, product ownership, and team leadership across high-value AI initiatives.
